For the second time in three years, the city of GENOVA suffered a catastrophic flooding.
You can find several videos online, on the sites of major media like
Il Fatto Quotidiano
Il Corriere della Sera
La Stampa
Or, Genova's Il Secolo XIX
PLAY THIS VIDEO. TRY TO UNDERSTAND THE FEW WORDS THE WOMAN IS SAYING

Because the sound of the flooding is more prominent in the video than the woman's voice, it is difficult to decipher what she is saying; however, some words are understandable. Several times throughout the video she screams "no" and "ah dio," which means "oh god." In addition, I hear here say some things about the "televisione." At one point, in the beginning of the video, she mercily asks "ti preggo," which means, "I ask you," frantically asking why such a disaster is occurring.

DeleteI meant I hear her*, not here.
Deletei heard her say guarda many times which means look. Also towards the end she started saying niente niente which means nothing. It was hard to recognize many words since she was speaking so fast
